Our Policy
CANCELLATIONS/ LATE ARRIVALS/ NO-SHOWS
- We understand that circumstances may arise and you cannot keep your appointment, but in consideration of our nail technicians, we ask that you please provide a 24-hour cancellation notice, and a notice for late arrival.
- If we have not established contact within the first 15 minutes (5-10 minutes for Express services) of your appointment time, your reservation may be reopened and/ or given away, and or services may be altered to fit the remaining time of the reservation. Guests with more than two no-shows may be asked to prepay for future appointments at the time of booking.
REFUND POLICY
- We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. If for any reason, you are not happy with your service, please contact us to schedule a repair on your service within 5 days.
CHILDREN
- If you bring your children, for their safety and as courtesy to other salon guests, we ask that you keep an eye on your children at all times.
- We are not responsible for their supervision. There are chemicals and tools which if ingested or used improperly can be harmful.
GIFT CARDS
- All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Even though we are a sister salon with VIP SPA NAILS, gift cards for each salon were designed differently for management purposes, so we shall not accept gift cards from our other locations
PERSONAL ITEMS
- We are not responsible for any personal belongings
